Orders + Subscriptions
What methods of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Afterpay, PayPal, Shop Pay and Shop Pay Installments.
*Please note that Afterpay and Shop Pay Installments can't be used to purchase subscriptions or gift cards.
How soon will I be charged?
You will be charged once your order has shipped.
What is the status of my order?
You can track and manage your order by inputting the email or phone number associated with your order on our order tracking page.
You can also view the status of your order in the Order History section of My Account. Click here to log in to your account.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
We’re unable to guarantee that we can cancel or edit orders once they've been submitted, as orders are immediately sent to our warehouse for shipment.
Before you place your order, please confirm that all of your information, including your shipping address, contact information and credit card details are correct, as OAM is not responsible for any mistakes.
If you'd like to cancel or edit your order, please email us immediately at hello@oamskin.com, and provide your name and order number. Please note that updates cannot be guaranteed once your order has been submitted.NOTE: If you cancel an order purchased with a promotion or special offer, you may not be eligible to receive that promotion or special offer again.
How do I subscribe?
You can easily subscribe to any product or bundle from the product page. To start a subscription, simply select the 'Subscribe & Save' option for the product or bundle you would like us to automatically ship for you, select your preferred replenishment frequency, then select 'add to cart' and complete the check out process.
Where do I manage and review my subscriptions?
You can manage your active and inactive subscriptions in the My Subscriptions section under My Account. Click here to log in to your account.
Can I pause my subscription?
You can delay your next shipment by up to 90 days in the Subscription section in My Account.
What are the subscription delivery frequency options?
You can select to have your subscription automatically ship anywhere from every 2 months up to 3 months.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription online at any time in the My Subscriptions section of My Account. Select ‘Cancel’ on the subscription you would like to cancel, followed by the reason why. You will receive a confirmation email when your subscription has been canceled. Click here to log in to your account.

Subscribe & Save Terms & Conditions
A recurring charge for the product(s) selected for 'Subscribe & Save' will be automatically charged to your credit card when your order ships. There is no minimum term and no minimum purchase amount.
Your subscription will continue until you cancel.

Shop Pay Installments
What is Shop Pay Installments?
When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into four equal, biweekly installment payments with 0% APR, or monthly installments with no hidden or late fees*. Installments can be used on orders over $50 USD, including discounts, shipping, and taxes.
**Please note that Shop Pay Installments can't be used to purchase subscriptions or gift cards.

What if I make a return on a purchase made using Shop Pay Installments?
After your refund is processed, the refund amount will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days and your balance will be updated.
If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, then it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.
If your refund is more than your purchase balance, then the difference is returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If your order is made with interest payments, then the paid interest isn't refunded. When you make payments, the funds are first applied to the accrued unpaid interest and then to the principal. Interest is the cost of borrowing, and isn't refundable.
Are there fees or penalties using Shop Pay Installments?
For purchases split into 4 bi-weekly payments, there are no additional charges or interest rates applied. Purchases split into monthly payments may be subject to interest.
You can pay your balance off early without penalty.
There are no late fees. However, partial or late payments may affect your ability to use Shop Pay Installments in the future.Will using Shop Pay Installments impact my credit score?
Your credit scores aren't impacted if your purchase is split into 4 bi-weekly payments using Shop Pay Installments.
If your purchase is split into monthly payments, then your payments may be reported to a credit bureau.
How do I pay with Shop Pay Installments?
- Add minimum $50 to your cart, then choose Shop Pay at checkout.
- Choose to pay in installments and tap Continue.
- Select the installments option that best suits you.
- Choose a debit or credit card to use for payment, then tap Continue.
- Follow the steps to verify your identity—this usually takes just a few moments.
- If you agree to the terms, click Agree, then tap Authorize purchase.
- Enter the 6-digit verification code that was sent to your phone.
Your first payment is due at checkout. The remaining payments are automatically charged to your card saved on Shop Pay based on the payment plan you chose. Don't worry, you'll get an email reminder before each payment to remind you.

What is Installments with Afterpay?
Installments with Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them over time. To learn more, visit www.afterpay.com
How do I use Installments with Afterpay?
Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bags and checkout as normal. At the checkout, choose Installments with Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It's that easy!
Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments with Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

Does Afterpay charge interest?
Pay-in-4 purchases are always interest-free.
Monthly payments may include interest. If your installment loan includes interest, you will be able to see the amount you will owe before completing the purchase.

How does the payment schedule work?
For pay-in-4 payments, generally customers are required to make their down payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method.
For monthly payments, customers may be required to make a down payment at the time of purchase. The remaining payments will be deducted every month from your payment method until all scheduled payments are complete.
For all Afterpay payments, you can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Installments with Afterpay?
Subject to OAM's return and refund policies. Please check that your return or exchange meets OAM's Return policy here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.
If you are fully returning items you purchased using the monthly payments option and a refund is owed, any amounts paid towards the good or service will be refunded; any interest that has already been paid will not be refunded. You may be charged interest for the period of time before your refund is processed.

What happens if I have a partial refund, and how does that affect my payments?
Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed.
If you purchased using pay-in-4, your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment and apply the remaining amount to your earlier payments.
If you purchased using monthly payments, interest already paid will not be refunded. Any amounts paid toward the good or service will be adjusted, interest will be recalculated based upon the adjusted amount.

Where does OAM ship?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders received before 12PM ET ship same business day, and take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. If the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, please allow an additional 5 - 7 business days for delivery.

No, we are sorry but we do not currently ship outside the United States.
What to do if my order hasn't arrived?
If you haven’t received your package and your order is showing delivered*, please allow 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered. Shipping carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered but will not deliver it until a short time later. If the package still has not arrived after the 5th business day, please reach out hello@oamskin.com, and our customer experience team can help with next steps.

What do I do if I input the wrong shipping address?
Once an item ships we can no longer update your shipping address. Please reach out to the respective carrier to change your address.
*If you input the incorrect address at checkout, OAM cannot be responsible if your order goes missing. We are not liable to refund or replace the order.

What is your return policy?

How can I return my order?

Yes, all of our Vitamin C products are suitable for sensitive skin.

Is there SPF in any of the products?
No, not at this time. We recommend using an SPF for added protection after applying the system until ours launches.
Do these products include retinol?
Yes, both the pads and the moisturizer have retinol in them, and the serum and the eye cream have retinyl palmitate (Vitamin A). The retinol we use is pharmaceutical grade in quality. OAM products are cosmetic and are not systemic contributors of retinoids given the cosmetic treatment dosage, but please consult with your doctor if you are unsure. The retinol levels in our products do not exceed regulatory limits for safe daily use.
Are your products pregnancy safe?
We recommend reviewing the full ingredient lists available on each of the product pages with your healthcare provider before usage.
Are your products clean?
All of our products are formulated without parabens, alcohol, fragrance, sulfates, phthalates, pore-clogging oils, fillers, synthetic dyes, formaldehyde, gluten. Furthermore, every ingredient used is of a purity suitable for use in medical products.
Are your products vegan?
Both our Vitamin C Hydrating Cleanser and Vitamin C Brightening Pads are vegan.

What if OAM skin doesn't work for me?
We hope you love your OAM skincare routine, however if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on items purchased from www.oamskin.com within 30 days of the purchase date. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition.
Original shipping and handling fees are not eligible for refund.
